What is Day Trading?

When stocks are purchased and consequently sold on same day, it’s called day trading. Day trading is gaining popularity day by day and a lot of people do it for a full time occupation whereas there are others who use it as a technique to earn some extra money. The best thing of day trading is that you do not have to maintain a huge amount in your bank account for investment as the purchased shares are sold same day and you do not have to pay the cost of the shares. Only the amount of profits or loss is transacted through your bank account.

Though day trading is one of the best ways to make money but always remember that it is not an automatic entry to quick and easy money. You must have some fundamental principles of stock trading. Of course day trading is risky but you can easily learn how to diminish these risks. Making knowledgeable decisions can give you the maximum possible chance for earning money.

It is senseless to tell you that the method in which you earn profits in stocks is to purchase low, and sell high. But the problem arises that how do someone know when to purchase and sell?
